Atom Resources have partnered with a fast-growing Brisbane based construction company, this company has a strong reputation for delivering top-notch projects in both the residential and commercial sectors. They have been experiencing steady growth over the past 3-4 years and are now seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. In this role you would be working across both arms of the business.

Your New Role:

As an Estimator, you will be an integral part of the business and the pre-construction phase, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of projects across both the commercial and residential arms. You will collaborate closely with the Project Management and Business Development Teams, produce accurate estimates, align bids with client expectations, prepare bids and proposals, cost analysis, takeoffs, and be involved in the entire tendering process.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

In order to succeed in this role, you will have:

Proven track record as an Estimator in commercial construction projects, both preferable.
Relevant tertiary qualification or industry experience
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Strong multitasking abilities and effective workload prioritization.
Proficiency in construction software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail
Experience handling projects up to $20m
