Our client is one of Australias largest domestic gold producers, with impressive annual production. The Company has a mining and processing complex in Western Australias Kalgoorlie gold region.
NPI Installation:
The role is offering you a chance to be part of a large-scale gold mining crew and will see you carry out the following tasks Installation of electrical systems, wiring of new machinery & equipment such as crushers, mills, conveyors or process units. Setting up Power supplies such as transformers, circuit breakers, distribution panels, testing & commissioning of electrical systems etc.
Fixed Plant Maintenance:
This role is offering you the chance to be a part of a large-scale gold mining crew and will see you carry out the following tasks Conducting regular inspections of electrical systems, equipment & machinery such as transformers, circuit breakers, distribution panels, testing & commissioning of electrical systems etc., performing routine maintenance on transformers, circuit breakers, distribution panels, testing & commissioning of electrical systems etc. maintenance tasks such as replacing worn out parts, cleaning of electrical components, detecting & diagnosing issues, completing repairs to any issues identified, fixing circuits, wiring etc., adhering to relevant industry standards.
  
What you will need to apply?:

  • WA A Grade Electrical licence
  • Working at heights within 2 years
  • Confined spaces within 2 years
  • High risk workers licence – EWP over 11m
  • First aid CPR and LVR
  • Valid Drivers Licence
  • Australian working rights
