As an Electrical Fitter you will undertake a variety of works associated with the construction and maintenance of Evoenergys Electrical Network. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of maintaining a future focused electricity network for the ACT.

Key responsibilities:
- Distribution asset construction and maintenance including cable termination, mini pillar maintenance and switchgear maintenance
- Fault response and fault rectification works
- The installation of services from Evoenergy distribution network to customers premises
- Connection and disconnection of supply including non-payment of account disconnections
- Participate in on-call & shift-work rosters as necessary based on Evoenergy policy.
- Customer quality of supply investigations and electrical infrastructure testing
Our ideal candidate:
- You take active steps to ensure the safety of your colleagues and our community, championing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment
- Minimum Certificate III Systems Electrician.
- Previous successful work in field on construction and/or maintenance of network infrastructure.
- High risk license EWP
- OH&S General Induction Card
- Asbestos Awareness training
- Hold a current ACT motor vehicle licence or its acceptable equivalent.
