What is a Customer Support Representative (CSR)?
As a CSR you will provide assistance to both internal and external customers with all parts quotes, sales and order tracking. Along with liaising with local vendor and transport providers to best support our customers needs, ensuring that the operational standards set by our Komatsu Customer Support Charter are met and exceeded.

Recruitment Selection Process (6 stages)

ASSESSMENT If successful, you will be invited to complete an assessment (numeracy, literacy, values based)
INTERVIEW Successful applicants will be invited to attend the local branch for a face-to-face interview, participate in group activities, complete a manual dexterity test and written assessment
PRE-EMPLOYMENT CHECKS Shortlisted applicants will then be required to conduct a medical assessment, drug and alcohol screen, functional assessment, compliance checks and reference checks (mature age applicants only)
