Mount Isa Mines are currently seeking a quality Crane Operator to work within the Copper Concentrator. This role requires you to contribute to the safe production of Copper Concentrate to the standard required, using a comprehensive range of operating skills. Reporting to the lead cu processing planner, you will be required to perform various lifting and cranage tasks within the concentrator. This role will require you to work a 56hr week roster & be flexible for call-ins/after-hours work depending on operational needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Undertaking majority of franna operations within the Copper Concentrator Assets
• Assisting maintenance crew when required during breakdowns
• Assisting with maintenance support services – loading/unloading trucks, mobile equipment mobilisation/demobilisation, and
workshop cleanup
You will have the following skillset and attributes:
• Minimum of High risk Basic Riggers (RB) and Dogging (DG) ticket
• HR License (mandatory)
• Minimum of High-Risk CN ticket
• Overhead Crane Ticket
• High Risk Elevated Work Platform- EWP Ticket
• High Risk Cabin Crane (CB) Ticket (preferred)
• Aptitude for mechanical equipment operation and troubleshooting skills
• Experience using SAP is preferred
• A proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement
