We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator to be part of our team and ongoing success. key responsibilities include, but not limited to: Creates required contract documentation, notices, and information in conjunction with the Project team, to support the successful fulfilment of contract obligations and compliance with the contract. Administers and maintains the contract management system for the project, with regard to correspondence and notices to and from Clients and others. Supports the prequalification and evaluation of subcontractors through the provision of contract administration and set up support to the Project team. Administers and maintains the contract management system for subcontractors, with regard to correspondence and notices to and from Subcontractors and suppliers. Applications for payment from clients, subcontractor claim assessments and compiling monthly CVR with Project Manager Input into claims preparation, reviews and submissions ABOUT YOU Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or similar is ideal. Min 5 years previous experience in a similar role Collaborative and team minded, working closely with the Project team, Legal team, and other stakeholders. Pro-active, solutions finder, able to work autonomously. Experience in a similar role in building, construction, energy, or other heavy industry preferred.
