Your new company

Our client is an experienced builder/developer, specialising in residential and industrial projects up to $15m throughout Melbourne. Projects are D&C, largely dealt with in-house. Due to a resignation, the business is seeking an experienced Site Manager looking to step up /Construction Manager capable of running with a lean team. The office is in the Northern suburbs, with projects predominantly in the surrounding area.

Your new role

Oversight of project financials, procurement, sourcing of trades and delivery of residential new builds, make-goods, and Industrial new builds up to $15m
Work alongside Director to develop program and scope of works
Manage trades on site, apply for permits and coordinate works
Undertaking one project at a time, a site presence is preferable

What you’ll need to succeed

Previous experience in Construction Management
Trade qualified (carpentry ideally)
Willingness to take control and work with a lean setup
Suitable for a Site Manager with Project Management/Project Finance experience looking to step up
Proven delivery experience of residential and industrial developments
