As the Area Sales Manager, your role involves building customer relationships, understanding their business needs, and delivering suitable products or solutions. You’ll devise sales and growth strategies for key customers, aligning with critical business objectives. Identifying opportunities and establishing credibility, you will leverage your product knowledge to exceed sales objectives in the assigned territory. Your focus will be on promoting and selling Honeywell Safety Products (HSP) through professional techniques, fostering long-term customer relationships.

  • Promote the Honeywell global offer (from Head to Toe) to End Users and to Distributor.
  • Provision of PPE specialist advise (hearing ,fall protection, eyewear, electrical safety ,respiratory and gloves) for Distributors:

       Training for the Distributor sales force

        Promote new products

        Be a support for the Distributor to the End User

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales and long-term relationship management in the designated area.
  • Develop customers to achieve order intake at the budgeted level.
  • Understand key processes and economic drivers for fostering valued customer partnerships.
  • Apply sales processes and tools in a disciplined manner.
  • Prepare and maintain active medium-term account plans.
  • Accurately plan, forecast, and meet financial booking targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Manage customer relationship processes, enhance satisfaction, and design product solutions with internal resources.
  • Conduct research and networking, with 50% of activity focused on promoting Honeywell products to end users.
  • Analyse market trends, provide specialist PPE support for distributors, implement company strategy, and identify/develop new business from existing customers.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Degree / Diploma in Business
  • At least 3 years in the safety product or related industries.
  • Have established relationships within the PPE Market
  • Proven successful sales background
  • Knowledge of Safety products
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills
  • Basic understanding safety solutions
  • Business savvy and analytical
  • Aggressive selling and strong negotiation skill
  • Strong communication and presentation skill
