About The Project:

Join BHP’s Yarrie 10 Project, where we’re committed to responsible mining and environmental rehabilitation on traditional land. Our goal is to restore the natural landscape while engaging with and respecting the heritage of the local communities.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled All Rounder Operator to join our team for the Yarrie 10 Project. This role involves a variety of tasks focused on mine rehabilitation work, specifically aimed at restoring pits to their natural state. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a range of machinery and equipment for mine rehabilitation.

• Assist in restoring pits and surrounding areas to a natural state.

• Follow safety protocols and environmental guidelines diligently.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.

Qualifications:

• Current Driver’s License (essential).

• 4WD Certificate (essential).

• Demonstrated First Aid Ticket (essential).

• Required Machine Operating tickets (essential)

• Must have experience operating D10, D9, Ex 70t, EX 50t, WC (6 Wheeler), Tipper trucks (Moxy) and Grader (not final trim).

• 3-5 years’ experience in mine operations operating different kit. Preference would be construction on a mine site (bulk earthworks).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in a remote environment and adapt to varying conditions.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening

• Strong commitment to safety

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
