Reporting to the – Coordinator People Services, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Gold Fields Australia workforce on all employment matters as part of our People Services Hub.
This varied role is suited to an individual who enjoys working autonomously as well as collaboratively, has high attention to detail and a strong customer-service orientation.
This role is offered on a 9-day fortnight roster at our Perth corporate office on a permanent bases with FIFO travel to our sites for support when required. For this role we will consider full-time, part-time or job share options.

About the role:
- Liaise with employees and line leaders on employment administration-related queries, forwarding on information to People & Engagement site teams as appropriate;
- Management of People Services ticketing system requests, email inbox and phone as part of a team to address employee P&E Admin queries including but not limited to employee movements, roster changes, leave queries, general queries relating to employment;
- Initiate SuccessFactors workflows and complete activities for organisation management, employee movements and employee changes to ensure accurate organisational hierarchy and employee data is maintained.
- Participate in periodic People and Engagement activities ( e.g. culture surveys, quarterly reporting) through the provision of administration support in periodic People & Engagement.
- Contribute to various projects and improvements within the People function through innovative thinking and collaborative delivery
- Other Administrative duties as required.
About you:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or significant process towards prior experience in an HR Administrator role
- Experience with SAP & SuccessFactors will be highly advantageous to your application
- Enjoy working within a close-knit team, as well as being proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- High attention to detail
