Haynes is currently seeking an experienced Administrator for a valued client based Townsville, for an immediate start.
About the Job:
- Monday to Friday | 7:30 – 4:00pm
- Hourly rate: $ penalties
- Ongoing employment.
Requirements
- Must have experience with administration
- Experience with word, excel
- Strong communications skills
- Good time management
- Work within a team and unsupervised
Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers
- Processing and creation of purchase orders and invoices
- General administrative tasks using in-house systems as well as Microsoft Office
- Effective multitasking, time management and prioritisation skills
- Answering phone calls
- Responding to emails
