Haynes is currently seeking an experienced Administrator/Forklift Operator to join our valued client located in Mackay. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work with a well-established company in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About the Job:
- Ongoing (Temp to Permanent) Opportunity
- Monday to Friday
- 7am-3:30pm.
- Providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers
- General administrative tasks using in-house systems as well as Microsoft Office
- Effective multitasking, time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to undertake other adhoc duties when required.
- Answering phone calls & responding to emails
- Undertaking Forklift operations, when required.
- Current Driver’s Licence – Required
- Forklift Licence – Required or willing to obtain.
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- Previous administration experience
- Must be a team player and approachable
- The ability to build rapport easily with a wide range of people
- Must be able to work in a manual handling environment
