CoreStaff Singleton are seeking an Experienced Site Administrator for a 6 month contract located near Muswellbrook.
- Providing Administrative Assistance to the Site, specifically the Accounts Payable and Contract Labour Management Team.
- Contract Administration for major contracts including document management and claims review.
- Data Entry
- Entering invoices into the accounts payable system.
- Processing payments.
- Filing and maintaining records.
- The position will be full time with work hours to be 8 hour days from 8am unless otherwise directed.
- Work collaboratively with administration roles across the business.
- Other duties as directed by Management.
The successful Candidate will:
- Hold a minimum of a Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent qualification/experience
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience working within an Administration Support role or similar
- Accounts payable experience (preferred but not essential)
- Have previous Mining Administration experience (preferred but not essential)
- Have experience using Pulse software
- Have the ability to pass an Order 43 Pre-Placement Medical or hold a current Medical that has been conducted within the last 12 months
- Be able to provide contact details of 2 recent work related references (this will need to be a Supervisor or someone you would report to)
- Hold a current Drivers Licence and have reliable transport
- Be available 5 days, Monday-Friday from 8:00am
- Reside within Muswellbrook, Denman, Aberdeen, Scone or Singleton areas
